At Wedding Designs by MG you have a variety of options.
For items under the miscellaneous category, payment is required before the goods will be shipped to you.
For custom made invitations and stationery a lot of detail is required before a quote can be provided. Upon initial contact I will email you an outline of the items that need to be considered before I can start drafting samples. Once we have determined details of the stationery you are after the design process can begin and a quote will be provided. An 85% non-refundable deposit of the total quote is required once the final design has been approved. During the initial stages of determining a design a flat fee of $15 is charged to cover costs and images will be sent via PDF or JPEG to ensure we get the best result.
For ready-made stationery, materials can differ depending on our suppliers stocks. We endeavour at all times to ensure our products are kept up to date with availability of stock and should an item be discontinued, we will contact you to determine what is an appropriate substitute. All ready-made stationery requires a 85% deposit and colours/embellishments can be changed to suit your particular theme.
At the time of order, you will be notified via email the total cost & postage based on your postcode along with direct deposit details. If you require registered post please request this in your order.
Please note no refunds will be given on any items once you have confirmed all details are correct at the time of proofing.
